The purchase of any photo-tours offered by Light Walk Phototour constitutes a contractual agreement between you and Light Walk Phototour and represents your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you have read and understood these terms and conditions before booking.

Bookings:

To book a tour, fill in the "Book Now" Page forms. All booking correspondences will be carried out via email, text messenge or whatsapp. Light Walk photo tour accept no responsibility for incorrect email addresses provided by you or failed email delivery attempts.

Payment and Tour Confirmation:

The payment of a Tour service provided by Light Walk photo tour is to be deposited via PayPal. Any tour will only be certainly confirmed and scheduled by Light Walk photo tour after the client´s full deposit.

 

Cancellation Policy in the Custom Tour and Group Tour mode:

Cancellations made by the participants must be made in writing, via email to Light Walk photo tour‘s mail adress (lightwalkphototour@gmail.com). Cancellations made by clients within the 24 hours previous to the schedulled tour will not be refunded. Cancellations made by clients with more than 24 hours to the schedulled tour will implicate a refund of 80% of the deposited amount.
No refunds will be made if a participant chooses to leave a tour in progress.

If a cancellation is maid by the Light Walk photo tour team, this action will be informed via email to all participants and every client will recieve the 100% of the deposited amount in refund.

 

Cancellations Due To Bad Weather:

The photographic workshop tours are mostly outdoors, therefore, are highly weather dependent.
In the event of extremely bad weather conditions or heavy rain on the day of your reservation, each participant will be offered a full refund or a reschedule for another day & time as options.
In the case of unsuitable weather conditions, participants will be contacted prior to the tour, via e-mail or whatsapp.

Personal Fitness, Accidents and Theft:

The tours are in the street and require walking considerable distances. Any medical condition, medication being taken and/or allergies that may affect your health or participation must be notified to Light Walk photo tour in writing prior to making a deposit.
All events during the tours are undertaken at the participant's own risk. Light Walk photo tour accepts no liability or obligation in the event of illness, injury, death or loss or damage to personal property.

Photography Model Release:

Light Walk photo tour reserves the right to photograph any event and participants, as well as to use any of such images for promotional purposes without further recourse or compensation, unless the client expresses the desire not to be photographed by writing via email to lightwalkphototour@gmail.com before the event.
